These principles are issued in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data ("the Regulation").
I. Personal Data Administrator
The operator of the website
www.tugendhat77.cz is Tatra Heritage, z.s., VAT: CZ22907823, U Červeného mlýna 64/1, 612 00 Brno - Ponava, Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator").
II. Scope of personal data processing
In the case of sending the contact form or e-mail and telephone address to the Administrator, the user of the website agrees to the processing of his personal data. The provision of personal data is voluntary and the website user always has the option not to provide this data.
Information we collect:
- name and surname
- email address
- telephone number
The administrator does not perform advanced marketing activities (such as monitoring and evaluating the activity of individual users on the website through their IP addresses, or enriching user data from other sources (eg from social networks in order to better target advertising).
III. Purpose, time and method of personal data processing
Personal data obtained on the basis of an inquiry via the contact form is processed by the Administrator in order to answer the inquiry.
After answering the question, the communication is archived for a maximum of one (1) year for internal evaluation of answers to questions.
All personal and other data are processed by the Administrator manually (in printed and electronic form) and electronically by automated tools.
The controller did not appoint a data protection officer, did not entrust the processing of personal data to any processor or appointed a
representative to fulfill these obligations within the meaning of the Regulation. The administrator uses cookies on his website. You can find

IV. Rights and obligations of data subjects
The administrator hereby informs in accordance with the Regulation that:
- The user of the website has the right to access his personal data, the right to the portability of the data and the right to object to their processing. If the user finds or believes that the Administrator is processing personal data that is in conflict with the protection of his private and personal life or in conflict with the relevant regulations governing the processing of personal data, especially if the personal data are inaccurate with respect to the purpose their processing, the Administrator user may request an explanation or request that the resulting situation be removed.
- The user of the website can revoke the consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending an email message to the address: info@tatraheritage.cz.
- The user of the website has the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if he/she considers that the Administrator is acting in violation of the Regulation when processing personal data. The only exception is already processed photos or videos used to promote the activities of the Administrator.
